At ALCOVA / Design Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original designer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship with Ease

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
